Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients with MSK conditions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor patient treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.
• Participate in continuing professional development and training opportunities.
• Contribute to service improvements and share expertise with colleagues.
• Actively engage in team meetings and training to support personal and professional growth.

Person Specification:

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Recognised Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• HCPC registered.
• Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

Desirable:

• Relevant postgraduate clinical experience.

Knowledge:

Essential:

• Comprehensive understanding of MSK physiotherapy and evidence-based clinical practice.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and lifelong learning activities.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of local and national service drivers for Physiotherapy.
• Experience with Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems.

Skills & Aptitudes:

• Ability to apply evidence-based clinical practice in treatment plans.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to manage and organise your own workload.
