This is a content site. It does not take bookings, does not run a patient portal, and does not collect health information. This policy covers the two things it does collect: analytics, and whatever you choose to submit through the contact form.
Standard web analytics are used to understand which articles are read and how visitors find the site: pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device type, and referring site. This data is aggregated and isn't used to identify you personally.
If you use the contact form, the information you submit, your name, email address, and message, is sent to Mo Wong via Netlify Forms and used only to respond to you. It isn't added to a mailing list or shared with any third party.
If you're looking to book a physiotherapy appointment, that happens at PhysioHub, which has its own privacy policy covering patient data.
This site uses essential cookies for basic functioning and analytics cookies to measure traffic. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Since so little personal data is held (only what you submit via the contact form), there's little to request. If you'd like any message you've sent deleted, get in touch and it will be removed.
