physionearby.uk is operated by PhysioLABs X Ltd, trading as PhysioNearby, registered in England and Wales. Using this site means you accept these terms.
PhysioNearby is an introduction service. You tell us what you need, a registered clinician reviews your request, and we introduce you to practitioners who may be able to help. Those practitioners then deal with you directly.
Being clear about the boundary matters, so:
Any treatment you go on to receive is a matter between you and that practitioner. They set their own fees, terms, cancellation policy and complaints procedure, and they are responsible for the care they give and for their own professional registration and insurance.
We check that practitioners hold current HCPC registration and appropriate insurance before they take referrals from us. That check is a filter rather than a warranty, and you are welcome to verify anyone yourself on the HCPC register. We encourage it.
Submitting a request is free and puts you under no obligation. We take no payment through this site. Practitioners quote you directly before anything is booked, so you always see the price before you commit.
Content on this website, including the wellbeing hub and any checks or information on it, is general information for the public. It is not medical advice, does not take account of your circumstances, and should not be relied on to make decisions about your health.
The reaction check and similar tools on the wellbeing hub are for interest only. Their results depend heavily on the device you use and carry no clinical meaning.
Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay that advice because of something you read here.
Our request form asks about symptoms that need same-day medical attention. If you report one, we decline the request. We tell you to contact NHS 111, your GP or 999, and we do not take the enquiry any further.
This is deliberate. Accepting a request from someone who needs a doctor today would leave them waiting on us instead of getting help, so we stop rather than hold. You are welcome to come back once a doctor has cleared you for rehabilitation, and we will be glad to help then.
That screening depends entirely on what you tell us and is not a clinical assessment. It can miss things. Never wait on us if something is getting worse.
You agree to give accurate information, to submit requests only for yourself or for someone who has agreed to it, and not to misuse the site, its forms or its file upload. We limit how many requests can be sent from one device in a day; if you reach that limit, email info@physionearby.uk and we will pick it up from there.
How we handle your personal and health information is set out in our privacy policy.
We aim to keep the site available and the information on it accurate, without guaranteeing either. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Subject to that, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of practitioners you are introduced to, or for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this site.
Complaints about treatment should go to the practitioner or clinic that provided it, under their own complaints procedure. Complaints about the introduction itself should come to info@physionearby.uk, and we will acknowledge them within five working days.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
