From the wards to the lab notebook.
My journey didn't start in a boardroom; it started at Sheffield Hallam and on the wards of the NHS. As a runner and a tech builder, I realized that physiotherapy was stuck in an institutional past.
I write UkPhysioMo to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and modern accessibility — the research, the recovery protocols, and the data experiments I run on myself and my patients.
I practise as a physiotherapist at Mid Sussex Osteopaths, and I help clinic owners build the same systems I built for myself — the sites, the booking and the local search. That side of the work is Clinic Growth.

"Movement is the baseline for everything we build—whether it’s a personal best on the track or a better recovery system for the clinic."
For Runners
Tailored gait analysis and load management built by someone who actually runs.
For Clinic Owners
Everything I learned building this system, packaged as Clinic Growth.
For Tech Partners
Bridging the gap between physiological data and real-world clinical outcomes.
